You may think this is off point – you want to be the one who has it all… the super hero overflowing with freedom and fulfilment and success in your career and life! Congratulations for your motivation and dynamic vision.

It took me a long time to realise that I was floundering and not going in the direction I wanted… However, one thing I have always been aware of is how important the ‘whole’ is.

We can’t just concentrate on one thing, if so, the rest become unbalanced. Like building a house, if you only put foundations under one wall, in time the others will collapse!

It is exactly the same for your body and mind! You can’t have a Super Hero mind and attitude without your body’s support…

3 quick tips:

  1. Physical is as important as mental– you need to pay as much attention to your body as your mind. If you don’t have energy, your brain doesn’t work properly and you block your skills, talents, creativity and ability to give of your best…
  2. Health– this means eating well! What you eat is your body’s fuel. If you constantly give it low quality, empty fuel the engine just grinds slowly to a halt, or worse still breaks down unexpectedly… It needs nourishing, energy giving, high quality power. So eat well, eat organic, always eat fresh, eat balanced and HEALTHY!!
  3. Fitness– The engine is your body… it is like a piece of machinery, therefore it needs to work well not be corroded and badly maintained. All parts need to be cared for. Brain, muscles, blood, lungs, bones, arteries, cells. All need exercise on a regular basis to keep them strong and pumping energetically with reserves to draw on in case of need So exercise! A combination of stretching, cardio, strength and cross training for FITNESS!
